Alpha Wolves are the strongest kind of wolves, they can be found in all sections of Chapter 3: Avalon. They can do both range and melee damage and boost their allies.
They have 25% damage reduction(iron shield) and can be stun with Stagger Gauge.
Strategy
When facing against group of enemies with the Alpha wolf present, player should clear others enemies as soon as possible then Alpha Wolf last to avoid heavy damage from them.
It is not a good idea to tank the Alpha Wolf Howl AOE attacks as attack apply VULNERABLE and deal damage rapidly, chip away player health quickly.
